The ES-U-2016-RM is a 16-port USB-to-Serial Adapter. It allows quickly allows the addition of sixteen RS422 / RS485 serial communication ports to your system by connecting to a single USB port. Each of the 16 ports can be individually configured to RS422 or RS485 modes using DIP switches. The adapter has a built-in power supply (100V - 240V input) and can be mounted on a DIN rail or in a 19” rack using the supplied brackets.
 

The ES-U-2016-RM is compatible with a wide range of operating systems including Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Mac, Linux and WinCE (4.2 – 6.0). The latest drivers are available from the Downloads tab on this page.
